International Shipments

US/Canada orders can be tracked through Fed-Ex with the tracking number given after the order has been received, some exceptions may applied to rual areas. International orders to oversea countries can only be tracked through Fed-Ex until it arrives at the destination country's customs office or central post office. We cannot be held responsible if from that point the package is not delivered to the customer. We are not responsible for shipments that are stolen or lost at the destination country.

Also, we cannot be held responsible for individual countries' import restrictions, duties, or fees imposed by Customs. Refused packages will be treated as abandoned and we cannot offer any refunds.

Procedures for Returning and Exchanging Items

a) Damaged in transit:

We do offer replacement for items damaged in shipping such as a broken container or leakage, and we accept returns for items that may have been shipped incorrectly. Damaged or incorrect/missing items must be called in within 3 days of receiving your order if they are to be replaced. Also, packages damaged in transit must be reported immediately to the shipping carrier.

b) Other Refunds:

Within 3 days of receipt of your order, you may return the product in original condition. We accept returns only if container has not been opened and seal has not been broken. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error, otherwise, shipping costs will be deducted from your refund together with a 20% re-stocking charge. Refunds will be processed within 24 hrs of having received the returned item.

Please include a copy of your receipt, the reason for the return, and wrap the package securely. We recommend that you use package tracking such as U.S.P.S. Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation.
